This cozy loaf recipe is our go-to for weekends at home. It's super simple to make and is boosted with Pure Matcha for a daily dose of antioxidants and energy. Bonus: it's refined sugar free and easy to make vegan!
Ingredients:
2 eggs (or make a vegan flax egg)
2/3 c olive or coconut oil
2/3 c maple syrup
1/3 c milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbs Pure Matcha
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F
2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl
3. Mix wet ingredients together in a medium bowl
4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients
5. Scrape batter into a greased loaf tin
6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until done
