Holiday Season FAQs

What are shipping cutoffs this holiday season?
If you’d like your Golde order to arrive by December 24th, please follow the below:

  • December 10, 2021 at 12pm CT: Last day for Ground Shipping Orders
  • December 17, 2021 at 12pm CT: Last day for 2-Day Shipping

Do you offer gift notes?
Yes! You can add a gift note to any order at checkout. The note will be printed and included in your order.

Do you offer gift wrap?
We’re excited to offer the Holiday Gift Box this holiday season! With each gift box, you can add 2-3 Golde products (note: only 1 Superwhisk per order allowed) along with a gift note. Build your gift box here.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in $25, $50 or $100 increments. Please note, when purchasing a gift card you will receive the order confirmation via email, and can then send the gift card to the intended recipient. Shop digital gift cards here.

What if I need to edit my order once placed?
Due to the processing time of orders at our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee an order can be edited once placed. Email support@golde.co and we’ll do our best!

What is your return and exchange policy?
We don’t currently accept returns on any of our products. If you aren’t satisfied with a product, email us at support@golde.co and we can chat through your options! We only offer exchanges on apparel items for a new size.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free ground shipping on every order over $35. We ship via FedEx Ground and USPS.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We offer Fedex 2-day shipping for $15.99. Please note, there is a 1-3 business day processing window for all orders, including those with expedited shipping. This option only expedites the time with the shipping carrier.

How long will my order take to ship?

There is a 1-3 business day processing window for all orders, including those with expedited shipping. Once processed, your order will ship with standard shipping (5-7 business days) via Fedex Ground or USPS. Due to service delays across shipping carriers please allow extra days for tracking updates and final delivery.

There was an issue with my delivery. What should I do?

Reach out to us at support@golde.co with the details! Please note, we don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received.

The product I ordered is on pre-order. What happens next?

When an item is out of stock and we have an expected restock date, it will be available to purchase on pre-order. Pre-order estimated shipping times are listed on the product page, during checkout, and on your confirmation email. Pre-orders ship in the order received and when all items are in stock. We’ll send a confirmation email when your pre-order is heading your way!

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we aren’t able to ship to countries outside the US, but we're working on it!

Where is my package?

We send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships, so you can follow the delivery right to your doorstep! Please keep in mind tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. 

If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn’t turned up just yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking is inaccurate and updated in advance. If your package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first then emailing support@golde.co.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my purchase? 

We don't currently offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received contact us over at support@golde.co.

My order was damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! Some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and issues like this can happen. Please reach out to support@golde.co with a photo of the broken/damaged item and your shipping address and we can process a replacement order for you.

Are your products safe for pregnancy?

We recommend consulting with your physician before enjoying any of our products.

Are your products organic?

Our products are made with certified organic ingredients whenever possible. For more information, please review the ingredients list on each product page.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty-free. 

What are the nutrition facts?

All nutrition facts and ingredient lists are available on each individual product page.

Do you have samples?

As a small company we’re not able to offer samples at this time! If you have a question about the product, please send a note to support@golde.co.

How much turmeric is in your Latte Blends?

There are 380mg of turmeric per serving which is about 10% by weight of the latte blend. Our Latte Blends also contain: organic coconut milk powder, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cardamom, and organic black pepper. Our serving size is 2 tsp. There are 30 servings in a bag. 

Tell me about your matcha. Where do you source it?

Our Matcha is ceremonial grade and sourced from Uji, Japan. It is organically grown and certified radiation-free and heavy metal-free. It's also vegan, gluten-free, & non-GMO. 

How much caffeine is in your matcha products?

Our matcha contains about 72mg of caffeine per serving which is about 1 teaspoon or 3 grams.

Tell me about your cacao. Where do you source it? 

Our raw cacao powder is sourced from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, or Peru, depending on availability. It is certified organic, kosher, non-GMO, fermented and naturally gluten-free.

I have allergies to nuts and wheat. Can you guarantee that your products are allergen free?

Our Clean Greens Face Mask and Papaya Bright Face Mask are produced in an allergen-free facility.

All of our other products, including all wellness superfood powders and matcha, are packaged in a facility that also processes tree nuts and wheat so unfortunately, we aren't able to guarantee there isn't any cross contamination.

Do your products provide inflammatory support?

We have had many customers use our Superfood Latte Blends specifically for their anti-inflammatory benefits, thanks to the superfood: turmeric. We have heard of benefits for everything from muscle soreness to balancing inflammation in the digestive system.

I referred a friend, where is my discount code?

Amazing! When you refer friends, your friends must check out via your personal link. When they complete a purchase on golde.co from that link then you will automatically receive your $5 discount code sent to your email provided.

Can I sell Golde products at my store or website?
