Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 1-3 business days from the following Monday.

All orders are shipped with ground shipping (5-7 business days) via UPS or USPS or expedited shipping (2 business days) via FedEx, based on the shipping method selected during checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once an order has shipped. Due to service delays across shipping carriers please allow extra days for tracking updates and final delivery.

We offer free ground shipping (5-7 business days) via UPS or USPS on orders over $60. We offer Fedex 2-day shipping for $25.99. Please note: there is a 1-3 business day processing window for all orders, including those with expedited shipping. This option only expedites the time with the shipping carrier.

At this time, we are only able to ship to customers within the US. However, we hope to offer Golde products internationally in the future and will keep our community updated!
