Golden Chia Pudding

Our new morning go-to also doubles as a satisfying sweet treat. With chia's omega-3 healthy fats, this bowl packs a punch for hair, skin, and nails.

INGREDIENTS
6 tbs chia seeds
2 cups milk (try our homemade almond milk recipe, available here!)
2 tbs Golde tonic blend

DIRECTIONS

1. Create a golden milk infusion by pouring 1/4 c. boiled water over 2 tbs of your tonic blend of choice. Add 2 cups of milk and stir or whisk to combine.

2. Add the chia seeds to your golden milk infusion in a bowl or mason jar. Stir well, cover, and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

3. Once your chia pudding has "set," it's ready to enjoy! Some of our favorite toppings: raw honey, coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, or nuts.
