Ashwagandha and collagen give this smoothie an added boost of beautifying, stress-busting powers. Because feeling good is looking good.
You'll need:
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tbsp Golde latte blend of choice (we used the Original Turmeric!)
1 tsp ashwagandha
1-2 scoops of collagen
A handful of coconut shreds
A splash of almond milk
To make:
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Top with local bee pollen for an immune-boost!
