Shroom Shield contains just 2mg of caffeine per serving of 1 tbsp. Most of our caffeine-sensitive customers do not notice the effects of this minimal amount! Additionally, Shroom Shield was designed to help with immunity and stress support, so many find that it has calming effects and is suitable to enjoy before bed.
No funky tastes here! Shroom Shield tastes like a lightly sweetened, creamy cocoa. Want to boost that chocolatey taste? Add a couple tsps of cocoa powder or Cacao Turmeric to any shroomy latte!
Blend 1 tbsp Shroom Shield into hot water, milk, or coffee any time of day — or try boosting your morning smoothie! It's also a yummy addition to baked goods and treats.

A very good and beautiful whisk. The case is practical for travel and to keep it from breaking. I used it to whisk milk while warming it on the stovetop and it made a beautiful latte. Personally, I think that two settings is a bit unnecessary, but it won’t bring down the review.
