Shroom Shield contains only 2mg of caffeine per serving, so it won't give you the boost of energy you might expect from coffee or matcha. However, we love adding Shroom Shield to our morning coffee! I love this product!
I like to add a bit of the Coconut Collagen Boost and cinnamon, mix with oat milk for the perfect cozy drink, or pour it over ice for a cooler fun drink!

I know this is partially my fault for expecting the mix to dissolve well in warm almond milk but the raw cacao doesn't mix well. I will continue to support Golde because I also love the watermelon drink pouches for my skin :) Go team Golde

Thanks for your feedback! We recommend mixing Shroom Shield with a bit of warm water first for the smoothest experience. Just 1-2 oz will do! We like to use an electric whisk (such as Superwhisk) for some extra froth, before topping with warm milk for a creamy cocoa <3
A dairy-free hot chocolate that boosts immunity? I’m in love. I always pair the Shroom Shield with the Coconut Collagen Creamer and it tastes heavenly. Just add hot water and it’s ready! I mainly make it during the winter months, but it’s the perfect drink to help you wind down after a long day.
