I'm not a coffee drinker - I usually only have it a few times in a year, but I wanted to have that 'ritual' of making and drinking something warm and soothing in the morning. Shroom Shield fills the bill! It says it 'boosts mood' - and I believe that it does - added bonus! The customer service at Golde is beyond Top Notch. I had an issue with a product and they took take of me Right away. They were so friendly and helpful and responsive - they have a customer for life in me :) The quality of their goods has been tremendous so far, and I appreciate that they seem to use Organic whenever possible. I’ve been getting the golden milk from a local vegan restaurant and this mix is just as good and much more affordable. The turmeric flavor is great and the ginger in this mix gives it just the right bite. The mix tastes fresh and is very easy to mix into hot water and doesn’t clump like matcha. It doesn’t entirely dissolves but it does suspend pretty well and whatever ends up at the bottom of the cup is also quite tasty. I like to add a little sweetener (like maple syrup or honey) and sometimes a little milk.
