Why we love it

Most of turmeric’s incredible anti-inflammatory benefits come from curcumin, a naturally-occurring compound in turmeric root. Curcumin works on a molecular level to down-regulate inflammatory genes, and its benefits throughout the body can be endless! Also a powerful antioxidant, curcumin may even protect against the development of serious chronic diseases.

How to use it
