When Mia from The RASA Life shared her favorite cashew butter recipe with us, we were hooked from the start. This recipe is made with our Cacao Turmeric latte blend for a super rich, bliss-boosting treat.
Cacao Turmeric Cashew Butter
3 cups of cashews (raw or toasted, deepening on preference)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp Cacao Turmeric Latte Blend (or your favorite latte blend)
Pinch of himalayan sea salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend for 8-10 minutes. Be patient as it takes time to get creamy.
Scrape the edges of the food processor with a spatula a couple of times during the process to ensure a smooth cashew butter.
Remove from food processor and enjoy! Delicious on toast, in smoothies, or straight up with a spoon.
