What is your return policy? 

We don't currently offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received contact us over at hello@golde.co.


Shipping


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! On every order over $35.


How long will my order take to ship?

Typically orders will process for shipment within 3 business days. Processing time is the time is takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, and does not include the amount of time it will take your selected carrier to deliver your package. Please note that as we work to keep our team safe and healthy during this time, we may see additional time needed to fulfill each order. We will always do our best to alert you should we project an increase in shipment processing time. We appreciate your patience and support.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We currently only ship within the United States.

 
Where is my package?

All online orders will receive tracking information via your confirmation email. If your tracking information says "delivered" but the package hasn’t turned up just yet, we recommend checking with your local mail carrier first.

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty-free.
