What does self-care mean to you?
Doing activities that bring me joy and help me reset!
As a new mom, what are your favorite ways to create moments of self-care?
I love to set aside time at the end of the day to go through my nighttime skincare routine. It brings me so much joy and is one little moment of self-care I look forward to all day. I also like to take a bath after Preston goes to bed or sneak in a workout first thing in the morning.
What's the best wellness tip you learned from your own mom?
My mom always encouraged me as a young kid to talk about my feelings and to feel all your emotions. I think this is really good when it comes to checking in with yourself, your mental health and overall wellbeing.
What's your Golden Hour?
Definitely nighttime, I am a night owl and like to do all my self-care rituals before bed.
