Try this treat: an easy, gut-friendly twist on classic flavors by our friend @mackenziereid. No baking required! Makes 15 bites.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup Original Turmeric Latte Blend
- 2 tsp poppyseeds
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cashew flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- For rolling:
- 1/4 cup coconut shreds
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch poppyseeds
Method:
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, Original Turmeric Latte Blend, lemon zest + juice, maple syrup, cashew butter, salt, and milk. Stir well to combine.
- Freeze for 10-15 minutes, then roll into balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon.
- Coat in coconut, lemon zest, and poppyseed mixture. Keep in the freezer + enjoy!
