Absolutely love this product!
Someone I follow on Instagram influenced me to try this a few months ago because they said it helped them relax and fall asleep. Melatonin doesn't work for me so I am always looking for natural ways to help me sleep. This destress ade helps me 9/10 times. Love it and would recommend to anyone.
